Wolves vs Brighton Predicted XI

Albion’s trip to Wolves has the potential to be season defining depending on how other results go across the league.

Based on the confirmed Albion injury news, here is how I’d like to see us line-up at Molineux…

Who should start?

A return to the side for Kaoru Mitoma who is back available after a back injury  last week. Mitoma’s impact on the squad can never be questioned, and he absolutely loves playing against Wolves!

A goal in each of his last two visits, including terrorising Semedo and the Wolves defence when taking the ball from the halfway-line before slotting past Jose Sa after a dazzling solo run.

Id expect the rest of the squad to remain unchanged, barring Joël Veltman’s comeback. Mats Wieffer has been filling in at right-back in a makeshift defence for Fabian Hürzeler’s side, but having our own ‘Mr Consistent’ back solidifies that.

Wieffer himself has a case to move into midfield in place of Jack Hinshelwood. Perhaps an ‘unpopular opinion’, but one that could pay off alongside Young Player of the Season, Carlos Baleba.

Wolves are strong in midfield, and so leveraging talent will be key to a result.
